Sew day

Today ML came over to sew- it was great! So much to catch up with so much to sew.

I had great expectations!

First I made some fabric...it takes a lot longer when you spend more time gabbing than sewing 😊

Next I worked on my NYBeauty blocks.

OK I only worked on and completed this one arc ( I really thought I'd get at least two blocks pieced) 2 as in one block has 4 arcs!!!

This project was on the goal list for 2014.

       Um it didn't happen 

I don't think paper piecing and I will ever be besties but I'm determined that this quilt will grace a wall in this house this year!!  There I said it.

I have 11 + months.  

I ain't worried
